Support for Businesses, IPSS and Self-Employed Workers
Tax Moratoriums
Taxpayers with tax residence in covered municipalities benefit from an extension of tax obligation deadlines. Obligations due between January 28 and March 31, 2026 may be fulfilled until April 30, 2026.
Social Security Contribution Exemptions
Simplified Layoff
Companies in business crisis situations can use simplified layoff for reduction or suspension of employment contracts.

Support for Families
Subsistence Subsidy
Available for families in need, worth 1 IAS per household member, up to 2 IAS (€1,074.26) per household.
Housing Recovery
Support for 100% of eligible expenses up to €10,000 per dwelling for repair or reconstruction of housing damaged by storm "Kristin".
Housing Credit Moratorium
90-day moratorium from January 28, 2026, extendable up to 12 months.
